Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We want to make it right, and we will be happy to replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us at info@lcadventurefoods.ca within 7 days after receiving your order to communicate the problem and be eligible for full replacement.
Returns/Exchanges/Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on food items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
